Service Agreement
Specific details regarding the scope of work, deliverables (e.g., SEO reports, ad creative, campaign management), timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall control.
Payments & Invoicing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Inner Artz LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate marketing campaigns (including pausing ad spend) if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. However, Inner Artz LLC retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, pre-existing code, and general marketing strategies used to deliver the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to the terms of the specific contract signed. You are responsible for payment for all work performed up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inner Artz LLC is registered.
